5 Tips To Dropping Unwanted BodyFat

1. Prioritise Protein: Adding more lean proteins to your diet is crucial. Proteins help build muscle, which in turn boosts your metabolism and keeps you feeling full longer. Try incorporating sources like chicken, fish, tofu, and legumes into your meals. A protein-rich breakfast can also set a positive tone for the rest of the day! Eggs or a smoothie with protein powder is a good go-to here.

2. Stay Hydrated: Water is a vital component in any fat-loss plan. It helps your body metabolise fat more efficiently and keeps hunger at bay. Aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. If plain water doesn’t excite you, infuse it with slices of lemon, cucumber, or berries for a refreshing twist.

3. Move More: Regular exercise is key. A balanced routine that includes both cardio (like running or cycling) and strength training (like weightlifting or bodyweight exercises) can maximise fat loss.
