  1. What did you do before CrossFit?

Walking every so often plus multiple failed attempts at the gym!

  1. If you could remove any movement from CrossFit, what would it be?          

Box jumps! I feel like I’m going to trip every time!

  1. What is your favourite movement or WOD?

Toes to bar, because I can do 3 in a row!! WOOP!

  1. Favourite cheat meal?

Wine!

  1. What is something about you that we might not know?

I am half Greek (although you can probably tell by my ridiculously long surname)

  1. What motivates you during a tough WOD?

The fact that it will be over soon

  1. What’s the biggest change you have noticed since starting CrossFit? 

Energy levels, fitness abilities, & state of mind.

  1. What’s one of your CrossFit goals?

To find time to be at the box more often!
