Start 2025 Strong – Small Habits, Big Results!

We’re kicking off 2025, and I want to remind you that you don’t have to be perfect to make real progress this year. The key to success isn’t about doing everything 100% – it’s about creating habits that set you up for success, one step at a time.

Some habits are easier to stick with, while others might need a little more time and patience to build. If you’re tackling a tougher habit, try layering it slowly so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. For example, if you want to cut back on sugar, maybe start with reducing sugary snacks or drinks before aiming to go completely sugar-free. On the other hand, if a habit feels more doable, like drinking more water, dive right in and go all-in!

Here are a few habits you might want to focus on for a strong start:

  • 🚫 Get off sugar (start small, reduce sugar intake gradually)
  • 🛌 Sleep 8 hours (focus on winding down earlier each night)
  • 💧 Drink a gallon of water (carry a water bottle everywhere you go!)
  • 📓 Journal (start with just 5 minutes each day)
  • 🏋️‍♂️ Exercise for at least 60 minutes (take a walk, do a workout you enjoy!)
  • 📖 Read a chapter of a fiction book (unwind and boost creativity)
  • 🥦 Eat more vegetables (add an extra serving to each meal)

Remember, small steps add up over time. You don’t need to do it all at once – it’s about progress, not perfection.
