Our programme blends age-appropriate workouts, weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity training for an all round fitness experience that will benefit your teenager both physically and mentally.

When and Where?
CrossFit Teens runs in sync with school terms at CrossFit North Harbour. Classes start at 3:45pm and run until 4:30pm.
